This is to inform our esteemed customers that in view of the Federal Government’s directive limiting working days to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and the cadre of officers required to be at work on those days (i.e level 14 and above), the earlier published Service Delivery Timelines are no longer feasible. Customers should, therefore, ignore the earlier published timelines.
The Commission will use its best endeavors to provide efficient services within the framework of the Covid-19 Regulations.
