PUBLIC NOTICE ON STATEMENT OF PARTICULARS OF SHAREHOLDERS IN RETURN OF ALLOTMENT AND ANNUAL RETURN BY A PUBLIC COMPANY

Esteemed Customers and the general public are hereby advised that in filing Return of Allotment and Annual Return on the Company Registration Portal (CRP), a Public Company, in addition to particulars of members with 5% shareholding and above, may enter the particulars of as many shareholders as they are able while stating the remaining shareholders commonly as “Others”. However, Customers and the general public should note that the total number of shares disclosed in the Return must be consistent with the share capital of the company.
