PUBLIC NOTICE

This is to inform the general public and our esteemed customers that henceforth Registration of companies/Entities for the purpose of running University Education shall be accompanied with:

  1. Letter of no objection from the National Universities Commission.
  2. It must be registered as Company Limited by Guarantee (LTD/GTE) under Part A of Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
