PUBLIC NOTICE ON DISCONTINUANCE OF MANUAL SUBMISSION FOR ALTERATION OF MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AND AMENDMENT OF CONSTITUTION FOR INCORPORATED TRUSTEES

This is to remind our esteemed customers and the general public that in line with our earlier notice dated 21st December, 2022, the under listed processes have been deployed and are active on the Companies Registration Portal (CRP):

1. Alteration of Memorandum & Articles of Association for Companies (MEMART).

2. Amendment of Constitution for Incorporated Trustees.

Consequently, as from 1st March, 2023, the Commission will not accept any manual submission in respect of the above and all other post incorporation processes including Surrender of Shares, Allotment of Shares, Transfer of Shares, and Transmission of Shares which have been fully deployed and active on the CRP.
