The Commission has observed that newly processed certificates and certified extracts remain on the dashboard of customers indefinitely.
Please note that henceforth certificates and all certified extracts shall be available on the dashboard of customers for only seven (7) days after which the documents will leave the dashboard.
Customers are therefore advised to save such documents on other devices or print the same for their record, as they will be required to pay for certified true copies of such documents after seven (7) days.
