APPOINTMENT OF ALHAJI GARBA ABUBAKAR AS THE REGISTRAR-GENERAL OF CAC
We wish to inform the members of the public that the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR has approved the appointment of Alhaji Garba Abubakar as Registrar-General, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
The appointment which is in line with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) was conveyed by the Honourable Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Richard Adeniyi Adebayo, CON via a letter dated 7th January 2020.
